I'm so excited to have you here. I can't wait to teach you what I've learned, and am still learning, about losing weight and creating a healthier lifestyle.
No doubt you will have already read my story, but if you haven't, do that now. It gives you the background into where I've come from and where I'm currently at.

After this, you can work through the modules at your own pace if you wish. Or you can do that on our live sessions each week.
During the six week course we are going to work through exercises that are designed to help you examine your mind, body and soul. You will gain new skills, have old ideas refreshed and best of all, lose the weight you're so keen to let go of.
If you're like me, you have actually been wanting to do this for a very long time, but you've been stalled, you've been procrastinating, you've been too busy, too tired or whatever it might be.
Now, it's time to put aside the excuses (I had to admit that I was looking for excuses to avoid facing things I didn't want to face) and get to work.
