The Power of New Habits

Reflecting this morning before heading home from a week away helping out family and friends. It's been a big week... an emotional week.

​But, even though I have been out of my own routine, and I haven't done as much exercise as I normally would, I have kept on track pretty well.

Yes, I've had a couple of small overeats, but I'm not stressing about those. Each night I have done my yoga before bed, and each day, I've taken a short walk. 

This is my new life. This is NOT a diet. This is it now.
