Low Carb Coconut Macaroons

​​Ingredients

1½ cups unsweetened coconut
⅛ tsp sea salt
¼ cup powdered sweetener
½ tsp sugar-free vanilla extract
2 large egg whites
50g no sugar chocolate

Method
1.  Beat egg whites until fluffy.
2.  Add sweetener and beat until soft peaks form.
3.  To egg white mixture, add vanilla extract.
4.  Now add dry ingredients and mix well.

5.  Create 10-12 macaroons on baking paper.
6.  Bake at 150C for 10 minutes.
7.  Reduce heat to 130C for a further 20 minutes.
8.  Place macaroons on tray and cool.
9.  Melt chocolate and dip bottoms of macaroons.
10. Drizzle any leftover chocolate over the top.
