Think carefully about each step. Sometimes it can be challenging to find The Truth (in Step 2), but dig deep, it's in there somewhere.
(1) Make 3 columns on a landscape sheet of paper.
(2) Label the columns as follows: Column 1: Limiting Belief, Column 2: The Truth, Column 3: New Belief
(3) Fill in columns 1, 2 and 3.
(4) Replace your words and thoughts with this new belief.
This example will give you an idea of how this works. Imagine this is set out on an A4 landscape page in columns.
I could never run a half marathon.
I have run 10km before, so if I trained I probably could run a half marathon.
I could run a half marathon if I chose to.
