I've always been a pretty darn good cheese sauce maker! You know, the kind with a butter and flour roux. But, just a few weeks ago I discovered a recipe that changed my life. I will never make a roux again.
Okay, so here's the very simple recipe:
1. Combine 1/2 cup of sour cream with 1/2 cup grated cheese.
2. Microwave for 2 minutes.
4. Sit to thicken.
And, if you want more, increase the quantities.
