1 cup almond meal
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
Water if necessary to thin the mixture.
1. Combine dry ingredients.
2. Mix in eggs, water and maple syrup.
3. Cook in butter.
4. Serve with your favourite toppings (as you can see, mine is butter, sugar free maple syrup, plus a little lemon juice).
